1/1 這文好像為我寫的, 我真的是活得好認真!  Here comes the first day of the new year. I celebrate it with TurboFire, Fire 60 class, 60 minutes and a 10 minutes kettlebell workout with 10/15/20/35 lb kettlebells. It will be another great year for me, and wish you all the same! Cheers!

1/4 UFC Fit Power Punch 45 minutes, +100 squats, 100 lunges,100 sit ups, 100 side crunches, 50 push ups

1/5 PeakFit Challenge, Pure Strength 1, 50 minutes

1/6 UFC Fit Power Pull 45 minutes, 100 squats, 100 lunges, 今晚在sauna又被錯認只有30幾歲! 我真是個膚淺的人, 不知道在高興什麼XDDDD

1/7 Sara Lurie Kettlebell the iron core way vol. 2 with 15/20 lb KB, Les Mills Pump, Pump challenge 25 minutes

1/8 Peak 10 Cardio interval burn 60 minutes, PeakFit Challenge,Peak10 系列的cardio是我做的cardio workout 中燒最大的,Shaun T and Chalean Johnson的都還是比不過Michelle Dozois, 60 minutes burned 479 Cals, Hrm max 166/ avg150

1/11 機場快走1小時
 
1/12 100 sit ups, 100 push ups, 100 side crunches, 100 squats, 100 lunges, 100 leg raises, 時差中, 覺得體能下降, 還是奮起找回肌肉的控制感
 
1/13 快走 5公里
 
1/14 UFC Fit Plyo Shred 40 minutes
 
1/15 有什麼做什麼,有網路就隨便選個YouTube上的 Hiit workout 40 minutes
 
1/16 聊勝於無, YouTube Cardio workout 37 minutes
 
1/17 Rest day
 
1/18 100 sit ups, 100 side crunches, 100 push ups, 100 lunges,100 squats, 20 deck squats
 
1/19 200 squats,100 sit ups, 100 side crunches, 100 push ups, 100 lunges, 100 leg raises
 
1/20 27 minutes Fat Burning at home
 
1/21 Rest day
 
1/22 LesMills Pump, Pump Challenge 25 minutes + the Firm Express cycle 2 , Cardio 20 minutes
 
1/23  UFC Fit Striker Strength 45 minutes with dumbbells
 
1/24  因為星期四坐飛機,只在機場走30分鐘,所以當成休一天,今天補上 150 squats, 150 lunges, 150 jumping jacks, 150 side crunches, 150 sit ups, 150 leg raises, 50 push ups
 
1/25  Michelle Dozois PeakFit Challenge, Pure Cardio 50 minutes, 300 punch bag punchings, 50 sit ups, 50 leg raises
