1/11昨天的KB workout還是很有效的,今天到現在還有點酸痛,休一天好了!

1/13 TurboJam Maxium result cardio party mix 1, 43 mins, burned 302 Cals, avg 134 max 156, 把 TurboJam 當 TurboFire跳,很多地方沒跳的我都跳,然後就有燒很大的記錄

1/14 Chalean Xtreme burned interval 46 mins, 235 Cals burned, avg115, max137

1/15 Billy Blank PT 24/7 power boot camp,30 mins+100 jump jack, 40 jump squats,190 Cals burned, avg 115,max152,好久沒愛大叔了!

1/17  Billy Blanks pt24/7 ripped core 30 mins+ Zcut #9 5 mins, 252 Cals burned, avg120 max149,做完大叔再去跳Zcut power cardio,簡直是自尋死路,所以Zcut 只做5分鐘就收山,識時務者爲俊傑!

1/18 Chalean Xtreme ab burner, extreme ab,共28 分鐘,59卡,avg 83,max 110, 沒想到只燒59卡,果然沒跳 躍的燒不多。

1/19 親戚來訪,休....

1/20 Brisk walking+running 4 miles 52 mins 跑最快是mph 9快走在mph4-5之間,看Jackie Warner寫的那本書提到如何用treadmill跑出不一樣的運動效果中有提到,每當快走一陣子後來速度加快的跑一下,會更有助脂肪的燃燒,果然,跑步機上顯示是660 cals,不過我自己的也有438 Cals, avg 135 max162

1/22 Brisk walking + running 2 miles, 26 mins. 找不出時間....

1/23 Iron Core Warrior vol.1 30 mins with10/15/20 lb KB ,225 Cals, avg 134 max159, 一陣子沒練kettlebell ,果然就退步了

1/24 膝蓋有點怪,做些自己負擔得了的,100 curl ups,180 side crunches,50 push ups,100 squats,100 walking lunges, 50 planks

1/25 休一天

1/26 JM Kickbox fastfix 60 mins, burned 385 Cals, avg 124, max 155

1/27 Ultimate sandbag workout#1-6 40 minutes with 20lb sandbag,好blue,明天又停課,跟2個teenagers在家,一整個心浮氣躁,快抓狂!

1/28 Brisk walking 3 miles

1/29 JM Shred it in 30 level 3 30 min, burned 154,avg 123, max148上班前就做好了,今天很有效率

1/30 YMCA 重訓40分鐘,重量使用在50lb-115lb,不知明天會怎樣,做的時候很爽的。

1/31 TurboFire HIIT 30 class burned 238 Cals, avg 145 max165,沒想到昨天的重訓只讓我精神更好,今天燒個大又有效率的
