11/3 Sarah Lurie kettlebell warrior vol.2 30 min, 這片需要同重量的兩個KB, 我用dumbbells代替,用下來為30/16/20磅的重量很過癮,另外加做30 push ups, 40 curl ups, 60 side crunches, 40 squats, 40 walking lunges 然後全身充滿了正面能量,靠近我的人都會被燒個半死,我快感化田先生了,他居然問我都做些什麼運動,讓他看起來像我爸!

 11/4 250 cals walking workout ,30 push ups, 40 curls up, 80 side crunches, 60 squats, 60 walking lunges, 20 burpees

11/5 和姨媽促膝聊天,休一天,但勞碌命使然又跑去掃落葉沒有好好休息.

11/6 姨媽說她難得來看我一次,要我做個輕鬆一點的運動,所以 350 cals walking workout

11/7 TurboFire fire 55 EZ class, sandbag workout#3x3 times about 15 minutes, 另外20 curl ups, 20 push ups, 20 squats, 20 walking lunges

11/8  250 cals walking workout, 30 burpees , 30 push ups, 100 side crunches, 60 curl ups, 60 squats, 60 walking lunges

11/9 The firm express cycle 2  cardio, 30 push ups, 60 side crunches, 40 squats, 40 walking lunges, 30 kettlebell swings with 35 lb kettlebell

11/10 250 walking workout, 60 jump squats, 60 walking lunges, 100 side crunches, 60 curl ups, 60 Heismans, 30 push ups

11/11 休一天

11/12  250 Cals walking workout, 60 curl ups, 100 side crunches, 30 push ups, 40 jump squats, 40 walking lunges, 100 35 lb kettlebell swings, 40 Heismans , 40 alternate split jumps

11/13昨天做得太猛,今天肌肉有點酸痛, The Firm, Burn and Shape 40 mins.

11/16 350 Cals walking workout , 50 curl ups, 80 side crunches, 30 push ups, 40 jump squats, 40 alternate split jumps, 40 Heismans

11/17  500 Cals walking workout,這個有操,坡度在4-8間,速度也最高破5,喘個不停,坡度高時不跑都不行。

11/18 Kettlebell the iron core way vol. 2 with 35/20/15 lb KB , 40 curl ups, 20 jump squats, 20 squats, 20 alternate split jumps

 11/19 休一天

11/20 Jillian Michaels Banish fat & boost metabolism  54 mins, 60 35 lb kettlebell swings

11/21 300 Cals walking workout, 30 push ups, 60 curl ups, 80 side crunches, 60 squats, 60 walking lunges. 40 side lunges.

11/22 休一天,愛心與運動今天不能兩全。

11/23 Billy Blanks combo sculpt 30 mins, 80 curl ups, 80 side crunches, 30 push ups, 60 squats, 60 walking lunges, 60 side lunges, 250 Cals walking workout, 很害怕哩,田先生發高燒至103.5,怕被傳染,加碼早晚各做一次!運動救自己!

11/24 拿起15/10/8磅的啞鈴做Chalean Xtreme 的 Lean Circuit 2 重訓 35 mins,另外做100 個squats+ 60 alternate split jumps 過癮!

11/25 早晚各一次 250 walking workouts. 掩面...有勝於無,我不是很喜歡跑步充數,但真的時間剩下那種20幾分鐘的,也只能沒腦袋的上跑步機去跑一跑了.

11/26 The Firm Express cycle 3, cardio, +60 curl ups, 100 side crunches, 45 push ups, 60 squats ,60 walking lunges, 60 /20 lb alternate kettlebell swings

11/27 400 Cals walking workout, 45 push ups, 60 curl ups, 120 side crunches, 60 squats, 60 walking lunges, 60 side lunges, 30 burpees

11/28 回到家都11點多了,不過在朋友家有做一點kettlebell workout,我還帶了10/15/35lb KB 到朋友家,有兩個受到感化,上網買了kettlebells和DVD 我是最佳推銷員^^

 11/29 真難相信我今天在tea house被操了七小時,賣了兩百杯多的茶飲,煮了一桶又一桶的茶和 珍珠粉圓,回家喘夠了還能做Jari Love 的 Get Ripped to the core 66 mins, 我真不是弱女子,我是女漢紙

11/30 TurboJam cardio party mix 2 ,43 mins,帶兩個肢體殘障的小朋友一起跳,覺得唉~運動真要從小做起,現在開始操,應該還來得及。
