11/4 350 Cals walking workout

11/5 Sarah Lurie kettlebell the iron core way vol.1 + 40 sit ups, 60 side crunches 發現腰間的肥肉暴增,誰說局部workout 沒有用!有做真的有差!abs challenge 我回來了!

11/6 PIYO Drench 47 minutes, + 60 sit ups + 80 Side crunches 到晚上肌肉有酸痛感, 腹部結實不少, 很久沒做這些針對的腹部運動, 肌肉弱很多

11/7 TurboJam Cardio Party Mix 1 45 minutes, 80 sit ups, 100 side crunches, 果然是PMS, 看誰都不順眼, 覺得什麼都心煩, 然後姨媽就來了, 她來晚了....真的老了, 快點走不動,這樣或許我就不用去擔心子宮肌瘤的問題

11/8 雖然是休息日,但完全受不了大姨媽, 快走350 cals walking workout, 希望可以甩掉她, 可是沒有用

11/9 The Firm Express cycle 1 cardio, 60 sit ups, 80 side crunches

11/10 Zcut Kettlebell Start #5 , Sandbage #5 , 100 sit ups, 100 side crunches

11/11 Jackie Warner Xtreme Crunchless Abs , 100 sit ups, 100 side crunches, 100 squats, 100 lunges

11/12 T25 Total Body Circuit, 100 sit ups, 100 side crunches, 100 squats, 100 walking lunges

11/13  The Firm Cardio Party 40 minutes

11/14 Sarah Lurie kettlebell the iron core way, vol 1,100 squats, 100 sit ups, 100 side crunches , 100 walking lunges

11/15 Rest day

11/16 300 cals walking workout, 100 squats, 100 lunges

11/17 Chalean Xtreme, AB burner, Xtreme ABS, 100 squats, 100 lunges

11/18 Liftetime Fitness Center gym 1.5 hours

11/19 T25 Bata speed 2.0

11/21 baking day, take a day off

11/24 Michelle Dozois PeakFit Cardio Strength 2, 55 minutes with 5/8/10 lb dumbbells +100 sit ups,100 side crunches, 100 squats, 400 punching bag punches

11/25 TurboFire Fire 45 EZ class,+100 squats ,100 walking lunges, 100 leg raises,100 sit ups,100 punching bag kickings

11/26 Jillian Michaels Killer Abs level 3 35 minutes,+ 100 squats,100 sit ups, 100 tricep chair dips, 100 leg raises, 70 push ups
