7/7JM 6weeks 6 packs,week1 35 min, +turbojam cardio party mix 43 min,+ brisk walking 3 miles 我和妹妹火力全開

 7/9 TurboFire EZ 55 class, +The Firm Express cycle one, sculpt 20 min,今天有swim meet,沒法去快走和騎車

7/18妹妹比我估計的有耐力,早上做了Dance with Jilliane的 Just Dance 50 min, 又加做 kettlebell swings 60下,Sit ups 40 下, squat 40 下, 晚上快走2 miles後又回去跳了TurboFire HIIT 15 class


7/19 早上先完成TurboJam Get on the ball, total body blast, 60 min, 另外加做60下35 磅kettlebell swings, 60 sit ups, 60 squats, 又加做30分鐘的brisk walking with 3 lb dumbbells


7/20小孩有swim meet, brisk walking 5 miles,做一點是一點!


7/21採藍莓混了一天,只有brisk walking 2 miles


7/22早上做了Jari Love 的Slim and Lean 60 min, 晚上 brisk walking 2 miles.



7/23早上TurboJam Get on the ball, total body blast, 60 min, 另外35lb kettlebell swing 80下,晚上brisk walking+ running 3 miles,我目前體重沒太大變化,但是我妹妹從145lb降到快破140lb,人看起來順眼多了,她是因為兩年前為了做小孩打太多排卵針,身材大變形,我對她的目標是7週減10磅!


7/24 Zumba dance class 50 min, brisk walking+running 4 miles+75 個35lb kettlebell swings


7/25TurboFire HIIT 30 class+ 30 35 lb kettlebell swings


7/26300 Cals walking workout+1 mile brisk walking, 有點忙,只能做走路的運動


7/27JM Kickbox Fast Fix, 78 min, 這片好操啊,動作扎實,另外30下kettlebell swings


7/28算是有做cardio,在Chicago 狂走了3 hours,回家又做300 cals walking workout


7/29Kristi Yamaguchi, Power workout 53 min.


7/30The Firm Ultimate fat burning workout 40 min, 105下 35lb kettlebell swings
