Sept fitnesssept fitness 2  

10/1 到YMCA gym做重訓50磅15分鐘外加跑treadmill 15min,第一次玩gym的equipment ,感覺還不錯,就不知道明天會怎麼樣

10/2果然今天就殘廢了,休一天

10/3 YMCA gym weight training 30 mins!

10/4 YMCA Fat Blaster 1 hour , 我覺得昨天老師家一定是有事,她今天設計的運動真是操死一堆人,讓我們拿啞鈴一做就是30分鐘沒停,中途聽到一堆啞鈴砸地板的聲音,大家都紛紛去後面拿輕一點的.....

10/5 350 cals walking workout

10/6 TurboJam cardio party mix2

10/7 Sandbag workout 20 lb for 35 mins

10/8 沙包的重訓又讓我再次殘廢,休一天

10/9 Billy Blanks PT 24/7 Ripped core , 我今天要感謝 Billy Blanks, MD, JL, CJ, JW, JM, ZCUT , SL...... 謝謝他們給我青春的肉體,被誤認為只有25歲,心情不是一般的好!

10/10 350 cals walking workout

10/11 PeakFit Pure strength 2,今天總算做個長一點的workout,自從打工開始時間越做越少!

10/12 金銀花十二朵,大姨媽來看我,躺平哀嚎休一天。。。很久沒這麼痛過@**%-《$

10/13 姨媽彪悍如虎,一點都沒走入殘陽的跡象,只能抱著肚子350 cals walking workout

10/14 Jari Love Slim & Lean 65 mins with 3/5/8 lb dumbbells

10/15 YMCA weight training 20 mins

10/16 Zumba dance class 50 mins+120 kettlebell swings with 35/20/15 lb KB

10/17 350 cals walking workout

10/18 Sarah Lurie  KB boot camp 30 mins with 15/20 lb kb

10/19 TurboFire  easy 45 class

 10/20 400 cals walking workout

10/21 yard work 3 hours ,休一天!

10/22TurboJam total body blast 60 mins, curl ups50, walking lunges 60 , side crunch 40, squats 60,覺得體能和耐力有點衰敗,要做長一點的才行。

10/23 JM 30 day shred 30 min, curl ups 40, side crunches 40, walking lunges 40, squats 40,人真是不能偷懶!

10/24 250 卡walking workout, 60 curl ups, 40 side crunches, 40 walking lunges , 20 burpees, 20 push ups, 60 squats

10/25 休一天

10/26 250 cals walking workout, 60 curl ups, 60 side crunches, 30 push ups, 20 burpees, 60 squats, 60 walking lunges

10/27 Sarah Lurie KB the iron core way vol. 2 38 mins with 10/15/20/35lb KB

 10/28 The firm express cycle 2 cardio, 30 push ups, 60 curl ups, 60 side crunches, 60 walking lunges, 60 squats, 肚皮近來緊實了許多

10/29Brisk walking+running 30 min, 30 push ups, 20 burpees, 60 walking lunges, 60 squats, 60 curls up, 90 side crunches

10/30 250 cals walking workout, 30 push ups, 30 burpees, 60 curl ups, 90 side crunches, 60 squats ,60 walking lunges

10/31 昨晚趕小孩的costume 到2點多才睡,6點半又起床,還去上班,我都快變成昏睡女僕,休一天,保持明日的元氣!
