4/7 UFC Fit, Ulitmate Fit Challenge 40 minutes

4/8 Les Mills Combat, Core Attack, 20 minutes + sandbag workout

4/9 400 cals walking workout

4/10 Kettlebell the iron core way vol.1

4/11 rest day

4/12 21 Day Fix, Cardio Fix 30 minutes + Kettlebell workout with 15/25 lb kbs

4/13 LesMills Pump, Pump Challenge 30 minutes, dumbbell workout, sandbag workout

4/14 Tabata 24 minutes, 100 squats, 100 jump lunges, 100 side crunches, 60 chair tricept dips.

4/15 應該去做重訓,不過大姨媽威猛,350 cals walking workout 了事

4/16 Turbo Jam Total Body Blast 60 minutes

4/17 Zumba dance class

4/18 rest day

4/19 想出去跑一跑, 舒解一下心情, 外面總算有點春光明媚的樣子, 可是為什麼我總覺得有什麼很重要的東西在一點一滴的流逝, 跑吧, 走吧, 這種哀傷沒有盡頭, 30 minutes brisk walking + running

4/20 Pump Revolution 60 minutes, 100 kettlebell combination workout

4/21 LesMills Combat, combat live 30, + 300 punching bag punches

4/22  腳盤受傷休一天

4/23 除了不能做high impact的動作,還有走路有點跛外, 我也只能說自己像壁虎/海星? Upper 30 Fix  + 100 walking lunges+ 100 squats

4/24 Pilates 30 Fix
