4/8 Zcut kettlebell workout 8 + Zcut power cardio workout 10 ,我有加做warm up & cool down 共約40 分鐘 久沒做Zcut 剛回去做會覺得快斷氣,習慣後又覺得可以忍受,所以身體的忍受程度其實是習慣問題!
