5/1 Sarah Lurie Kettlebell the iron core way 1 about 40 minutes + 8 minutes squat challenge + 100 lunges

5/2 brisk walking + running 3 miles

5/3 yard work 4 hours, 休一天

5/4 yard work 5 hours, 再休一天

5/5 brisk walking + running 3 miles , and squat challenge

5/6 XFactor ST week8 about 40 minutes, 10 minutes kickboxing

5/7 TurboFire Fire 30 class + 60/35lb kettlebell swings

5/8 Jari Love Get Ripped 55 minutes with 5/8/15 lb dumbbell and 25 lb sandbag

5/9 Jackie Warner Xtreme time saver training 33 minutes + bicycle riding 3 miles

5/10 Billy Blank PT24/7 Combo sculpt + squat challenge

5/11 母親節快樂, 休一天

5/12 Sarah Lurie Kettlebell Warrior vol.2

5/13 brisk walking + running 3 miles

5/14 Les Mills Pum, Burn & Pump 30 minutes

5/15 squat challenge X 3, push ups 30, plank

5/16 Turbo Jam Turbo Scuplt about 40 minutes +80 kettlebell swings

5/17 休一天

5/18 TurboJam Fat Blaster 30 minutes + 10 minutes kettlebell workout

5/19 XFactor ST abs , glutens & thighs about 28 minutes

5/20 Brisk walking+running 3 miles

5/21 Jari Love Extreme Ripped1000 , cardio workout 44 minutes

5/22 Jillian Michael, No more trouble zone 55 minutes, 天熱了,飈汗!爽!親戚來訪依舊精神很好,我越來越覺得我不該住在寒冷地帶,溫度高一點的時候,我整個體能狀態就差好多!

5/24 brisk walking 30 minutes

5/25 烤肉趴休一天

5/27 The day after kettlebell workout, my butt and thighs are killing me. brisk walking for 3 miles.

5/28 Chalean Xtreme Burn Interval 45 minutes

5/29 Zumba dance class 50 minutes + 60 kettlebell swings

5/30 YMCA fat blaster 60 minutes, 都是一些老弱婦孺,讓我有一種勝之不武的錯覺XDD,會去Y是因為小孩参加Y的swim team,要説到Y的Fitness program, 我不是很喜歡,論強度我自己做的真的猛多了,還有今天有一段做到squats Jump 我發現幾乎還是有1/2的人蹲不下去,這群人算是老班底了,怎麼還遇到一點high impact都做不了,我實在太愛現了XD

5/31包粽子, 休一天
