6/7 早上六點一直到下午一點漫長的swim meet, 我被太陽烤到有烤肉香,休一天

6/8 JM shred with weight 25 minutes+ abs challenge day 7

6/9 BB PT 24/7 body blast + abs challenge day 9+ 45 KB swings+20 deep squats with sandbag

6/10 The Firm Express cycle 3 cardio +sculpt, Abs challenge day 10, 60 KB swings

6/11 Brisk walking+ running 3 miles, abs challenge day 11

6/12 TurboFire fire 45+ abs challenge day11+ 60 kettlebell swings

6/13 The firm express cycle 3 cardio, + ABS challenge day 13+ 40 deep squats with 20 lb KB 我現在已經把 abs challenge 改成一次各20下, 然後做三次,我會在運動前做一次, 運動中把現在正在做的停下來再做一次, 最後再做一次. 我最近做的DVD如果中間我覺得心跳還不夠,我會停下來做一些KB or sandbag or barbell, 我想我有點抓到我要的是什麼.

6/14 The firm express cycle 4 cardio + abs challenge day 14 + 50 deep squats with 20 lb KB. 今天發現用力將肚臍那一點的肌肉往上挺,然後我那鬆弛的下腹部肚皮就全拉平了!没有皺紋!神奇!

6/15 The firm express cycle 2 cardio, abs challenge day 15, 60/20 lb kettlebell arm rolls , abs challenge 進入10天後明顯操很多,我的cardio没辦法做比較長的,因為拿去做cardio後abs 的form就不夠好了

6/16親戚來訪,本來想休一天,可能是最近ABS Challenge做習慣, 所以80 sit ups, 100 side cruches, 45 leg raises, 60 planks. 100 push ups, 60 arm tone ups (不知怎麼叫,就是手臂往後撐在椅子, 人在前面像在做蹲式的push ups) 另外40 alternate jump lunges

6/17 The firm express cycle 2 cardio+sculpt, abs challenge day 17+ 100/ 20 lb lunge arm rolls +60 chair dips

6/18 Abs challenge day 18+ the firm express cycle 1 cardio + 40 up and down planks + 60 chair dips+60/20 lb KB deep squats+100/20lb lunge arm rolls

6/19  Abs challenge day 19+ 60 up and down planks +60 chair dips +120/20lb KB swings

6/20 Abs challenge day 21+ 60 plank up downs + 60 chair dips + 100 squat challenge

6/21 Day 21昨天做了,今天休一天,stretching + massaging day. Tennis ball 好好用,比foam roller還更好用,早上小孩 swim meet在外面曬加吹風4, 5小時,頭痛欲裂, tennis ball massage saves my life...

6/22 Ab challenge day 22 +60 chair dips+ 60 plank up downs+ 40 lunge arm rolls+ 80 KB swings, day 22的 challenge 分成3 Circuits, 没有太困難

6/23 Abs challenge day 23 分4個circuits完成,+90 plank up-downs+ 80/20 lb KB deep squats +80 chair dips

6/24 Sarah Lurie, kettlebell the iron core way, vol . 2 + brisk walking and running 2 miles, 60 chair dips, 還在思考要不要再來個abs challenge

6/25 Abs challenge day 25, 90 plank up downs, 80 /20 lb KB swings, 80 triceps chair dips

6/26 Abs challenge day 26+120 plank up downs +100 chair dips+ 80/20 lb KB swings+40/20 lb KB squats

6/27 Abs challenge day 27, 80 plank up downs, 80 triceps chair dips, 100 KB swings

6/28 今天本來排休息的,可是早上帶孩子去swim meet, 被一個媽媽追問到底幾歲,讓她得知我大她兩歲,她一臉崩潰的樣子,問我做什麼運動外加保養品後,我回家又開始做XDDD, 我禁不起讚美的! 120 curl ups, 200 side crunches, 80 leg raises, 8/60s planks, 120 triceps chair dips, 100 deep squats. Call me super XDD

6/29 Abs challenge day 29 + 80 side plank with hip dips+ 80 chair dips+100 deep squats+ 120 plank with hip rotation

6/30 Abs challenge day 30, 80/25lb KB swings, 120 planks with hip rotation, 100 chair tricep dips
