 3/1感覺全身精力釋放完畢的傾洩在那兩台捕鼠夾動力車上,我只能做60 curl ups, 60 side crunches, 60 squats, 60 walking lunges, 30 burpees, 再加跑350 walking workout. 當我很累時,連走到地下室的勇氣都沒有....

3/2盯的小孩做功課,沒辦法去地下室享用健身大餐,邊盯邊跑350 walking workout.

3/4 Sarah Lurie , kettlebell the iron core way Vol 2, 38 minutes with10/15/25/35 lb KB

3/5  XFactor week3 40 mins+ 10 mins kickboxing

3/6 TurboFire Core 20+10 mins kickboxing

3/7 350 cals walking workout+10 minutes kickboxing

3/8 Jillian Michaels Killer buns & thighs , level 2 43 minutes, 另加跑250 Cals walking workout

3/9 親戚上門討債似的,越近更年期越痛,只做350 Cals walking workout,100 deep squats

3/10 TurboFire HIIT 15+10 kickboxing

3/11 Zcut kettlebell workout DVD 1 40 minutes, 這真是一片不錯的starter, 把動作分解得很細, 所以建議初學者可以先看這個的動作,再去做Sarah Lurie的就更不會錯,然後它多了一些新動作,也很不錯,唯一可惜的是沒有把動作串連在一起做連貫的workout. 我想應該以後會出 kettlebell intermediate?

3/17 XFacter:ST week 4 38 minutes

3/18  250 Cals walking workout+ Zcut kettlebell start DVD 2 warm up + workout#1&2 (共約36 分鐘)上次做DVD 1 看到只有介紹基本動作,今天進到DVD 2才發現真正的workout才開始,一個workout 約13-15分鐘,算是比較輕鬆的workout,難度不高,所以我要不是得上來煮飯應該連做三個沒問題,不過也不能話說滿了,後面還有DVD 3, 4。。。。大家知道的XDD

3/19 早上還不覺得肌肉酸痛,下午omg ,kettlebell workout的隔天真是要休息!

3/20YMCA Zumba class 60 minutes+ brisk walking 2 miles

3/21 350 cals walking workout

3/22 Jackie Warner Xtreme Timesaver Training 32 minutes

3/23 TurboFire Fire 55 EZ class+ 10 minute kickboxing

3/24 XFactor ST week5 40 minutes

3/25 350 cals walking workout

3/26 休一天,縫衣廠女工趕製小洋裝

3/27 Zcut kettlebell workout #5 and #6

3/28 250 cals walking workout, 最近迷漫著要離職的fu,完全不認真運動的狀態

3/29 Jackie Warner Crunchless Xtreme ABS, + Zcut kettlebell workout 6

3/30 Peak 10 More Cardio Interval Burn + 60 /35 lb KB swings burned 502 Cals, avg 145 max 164
